Petition 7th District Legislators to Conserve and Protect Water in the Methow Valley

Dear Senator Short & Representative Kretz of the 7th District,

Clean, cold WATER is essential to the health of the Methow Valley's watershed and small towns. It supports fish and wildlife, local farms and businesses, and the ability to live a rural life.

There are numerous threats to the future of the Methow Valley’s water supply including climate change, overallocation, and speculation by outside interests seeking to buy water rights and move them out of the valley forever.

We hope you will stand with us to protect water for current and future generations of Methow Valley inhabitants. We are passionate about this place, and look forward to working with the 7th District Delegation to prioritize policy solutions that proactively address our water concerns.

Thank you for your support!
