List of Current Volunteer Needs

Copy Editors & Wordsmiths: This is a great opportunity for someone familiar with MVCC’s work, loves to write, and has a knack for dotting their i’s and crossing their t’s. Assistance is needed with copy editing short, more regular communications as well proof-reading larger documents.1-2 hours/week.

Graphic Designer: Help us spiff up print materials as well fine the design, and format of MVCC’s email and website templates. Our graphics are inspired by nature, and you should be too! 5-10 hours/month.

Spanish Translator: MVCC and Clear Air Methow have several educational and outreach materials that need to be translated into Spanish. ~10 hours total

Videographer/journalist: We have a few small video projects in the works and are looking for any amateur or professional videographers who would like to assist. 20-40 hours total.

Database Ninja: Do you have experience setting up, organizing, and customizing databases for member and donor management?  We are looking for someone to help take our Little Green Light database to the next level so that we can more effectively mobilize our community. 10-15 hours total.

Painter: We are adding a fresh coat of paint to our new office so that our Zoom backgrounds sparkle! We are looking for someone who has experience painting and can assist with prep, taping, and both roll brush and detailed paint applications. 10-15 hours total.
