DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Winthrop Red Barn on December 27th at 7pm as Langdon Ernest-Beck and Jeff Hashimoto share their incredible journey to climb the 100 highest peaks in Washington—all human-powered and completed in one season! Hosted by Methow Valley Citizens Council\, the evening will also feature a small panel of local experts speaking about sustainable recreation efforts in the Methow Valley and the presentation of the first annual Red-Tailed Hawk Award to honor a local climate leader making a difference for our community. Doors open at 6:30pm and program begins at 7pm. This is a free event but you can let us know your coming by RSVPing here. \n
