It has become more important than ever to have our voices heard in all levels of government. This summer, MVCC formed an affiliated “501c4” organization called the MVCC Action Fund – which allows for unlimited lobbying and some political activity. The Action Fund adds a turbo charge to efforts to develop and advocate for legislation, policies, programs, and public officials that protect and improve the natural environment and rural quality of the Methow. The Action Fund is committed to making sure all people in the Methow Valley have a healthy environment and a strong, sustainable economy.
