Job Description: The Community Engagement Manager will work to build local relationships and increase engagement in protecting the natural environment and rural character of the Methow and Okanogan Valleys. This position is responsible for building and retaining membership and supporters and recruiting and stewarding volunteers. This role also collaborates closely with other program staff to conduct effective outreach to support the Methow Valley Citizen Council/Action Fund’s mission and goals.

Compensation and Work Environment: Work is part time, 20-32 hours/week, exact hours negotiable. Pay range $25/hr – $28/hr, depending on experience. Benefits include health and phone stipend, paid leave starts at 3 weeks and increases over time, paid family and medical leave, paid sabbaticals, and a flexible and supportive workplace. Work location flexible, but applicants must reside in Okanogan County, with 1-2 days working in the Twisp office. Find the full job description and how to apply here.
